Language Events this March (Dublin, Belfast, Galway)

With Saint Patrick’s Festival, Journéé Internationale de la Francophonie, and the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival falling around the same time, March sees a plethora of language and cultural events taking place across the country. Here’s just a taste of what’s going on:

1. Gaelgáirí – Stand-up as Gaeilge: (€10-8) 8:30pm, Saturday 7th March. Róisín Dubh, Galway.

As part of the Seachtain na Gaeilge festival GaelGÁIRÍ, the country’s only Irish language stand-up comedy club, will come to Galway for the first time with a gig in the Róisín Dubh headlined by Kevin McAleer and Michael Mee.
